Pre-Owned & Vintage Merchandise

Unless specifically stated otherwise, merchandise sold by Secondhand Hope is pre-owned.

Because our inventory includes vintage, antique, estate-sourced, and previously used items, merchandise may show signs of age and use, including scratches, discoloration, fading, patina, wear, repairs, imperfections, or other characteristics consistent with its history.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item. However, photographs may not capture every imperfection, and colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and your device or display.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and condition information before purchasing.

Product Information & Authenticity

Secondhand Hope makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, estimated ages, materials, manufacturer information, and other details.

Because many products are acquired secondhand or through estates, complete provenance or original documentation may not always be available. One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Many Secondhand Hope products are one-of-a-kind and available in a quantity of one. Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve it.

Inventory availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable because of an inventory error, simultaneous purchase, damage discovered before fulfillment, or another unforeseen circumstance.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Secondhand Hope reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time. We also reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and local delivery fees may be added at checkout or otherwise disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup

Available fulfillment options vary depending on the item.

Smaller eligible merchandise may be shipped, while furniture and oversized items may require scheduled warehouse pickup or local delivery.

Our warehouse is not a walk-in retail store. All pickups must be scheduled in advance.

Customers purchasing furniture or oversized merchandise are responsible for reviewing measurements and confirming that the item will fit through all necessary entrances, doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways, and other spaces.
